Wobbly Shaft

I have an Oliver 77 row crop and the shafts there were the coupler is at when the tractor runs I noticed that it does not turn straight it sorda wobbles around. What causes this and how can I fix it?

There should be a set screw at the rear of the coupler where it slides on to the transmission input shaft and bolts that need to be tightened up to clamp it to the shaft coming back from the clutch.
