Won,t start

Is there plenty of gas in the tank? By looking at former posts it looks like you may have just had the head off, may be focusing on one part of the project and forgetting the whole picture. Nothing against you just a common human flaw. If plenty of gas in tank then will it flow enough out of the carb drain plug to fill a pint jar in 3 minutes?

Are you saying it runs less then a minute after it starts?? If yes pull the carb drain plug and make sure you have a good steady flow of gas that will fill a pint jar in less then 2 minutes. Next check that you have a good blue/white spark that jumps a 1/4 inch gap or more. I have a Ford that will start by choking and run for a short time then die unless I choke it again but after rechoking it once or twice it runs just fine normal thing for cool weather

If it starts then dies set it with more choke for a minute. Our H has to have some choke in cold weather to run after starting has been that way for ever.

Do the draw down test as suggested.
If not clean out everything from fuel tank to intake , there a wire strainer in the inlet of carburetor, make sure its clean and a strainer n the fuel tank sediment bowl . Make sure the tank out let of sediment bowl is open ,also the needle needs to be all the way open to run a hand undersized hand drill through it to clear out all that crusty white stuff .
Something simple
Please report back what you find to help us out. Could be a small strip of the Erie Times Sunday funny paper floating in the bottom the tank cover the outlet every time it get suck down over hole , when it shut you down . By the leprechaun mischief
