Today I got the chance to do more than just small jobs in back yards here in town. A man asked me to brush hog about 2 acres. Mostly johnson grass and about half of it taller than me when standing on the running boards. I am small in stature. Probably 7 ft tall and thicker than hair on a dogs back. I was using my 65 2110 sos. The old girl worked great! I used 3rd and 4th gear, it did a clean job down to 4in tall in one pass! Dirty and hot but I had fun and got paid too! Lowell

Gee, this is my first day off the tractor in about 4 days. Gotta start baling tomorrow. Wish someone was paying me by the hour!

but I've been on a little bigger one right now, 1206 IH with a haybine.

You shouldn't look to get paid to drive a 1206, LOL.
