I need a little education on my 204. The three point lift is only fully up or fully down. Shouldnt it be adjustable for a specific heighth and then maintained by the leveling control feature? Also, are the transmission, differential, lift hydraulics, and PTO all in the same case? If so, how do I check fluid level and what fluid do I use and where do I fill? My machine is a 59 and doesnt have shuttle shift. I have a front mounted hydraulic pump that supplies loader. I have to remember that when talking about hydraulic system as that is a different system than the three point lift. I got amazing help off this site when I did my steering conversion to hydrostatic. Hope I can get educated about the 3 point lift system now. My manuals and owners guides are pretty useless. Thanks, Deecee

What exactly do you mean by hydrostatic concerning your steering? What did you do?

Caryc! Longtime no chat. Hydrostatic is term being used back five years or so ago when I did my steering conversion with so much help from this site. And sorry, my machine is a MF202 not 204. I did the Rockwell conversion. Search "deecee" and it will bring back all those memories. I'm currently trying to educate myself on how the three point lift is supposed to work. I'd like to use my blade for road scraping but have only been able to get fully up or fully down and blade digs in too deep. Did find an operator manual that has me thinking I can play with it this week to figure it out maybe.
