Are you thinking of screwing the 2x4s to the door for legs? I dont think the door will hold up much weight without a frame underneath it and it will be supper wobbly.
My recommendation would be buy 2 2x6s to build a frame for the door to lay on and 4x4s for legs.

Even if you just got a couple more 2x4s to build that frame and have a spot to attach the legs if you aren’t standing on it or doing super heavy storage on it that paired with the 4x4 legs should make a very sturdy table

As @joeysmith said. All you need is one more 8' 2x4

If your dad will let you hang the 2x4 with screws into the uprights of the shop that could hold up the back and add a lot of stability to your bench. It looks like they are 5' apart.

If you cut the 8' 2x4 at outside to outside dimension of the uprights that would give you maybe one 34" leg for the front.

If you can buy one 8' 2x4 that would give you a brace for the front and one more leg.

Stake the front legs into the ground so they don't scoot around. The back anchored to the wall will make it sturdy enough.

If your dad will give you that 4x8 sheet of OSB it will probably make a better surface than that panel door.

Cut it 5'x3' or even 4'x3' off the end to not be as wasteful a cut. The 3 foot or maybe a little less deep will make the unsupported distance less prone to sag.

How longs that 2x4
Doors longer than those purlins on your building isn't it?
Cut 2x4 to screw to purlins fir the back of the bench then rest of the board for front legs
2x4 is 8 foot. he wont let me screw it into the building. I have fa few more 2x8s at my cousins that a forgot about lol. but he lives 50 miles away so I'll have to build it there.

I never built this. the big piece of ply wood will be becoming a train layout table. I found more two by fours. Im gonna end up using the door to build a table for dressing chickens.
