Worx electric chainsaw

I haven't found a way to regulate the amount of oil coming out of the oiler on this saw. When I set it down between cuts, it leaves a puddle that looks like the Exxon Valdez was parked there. I store it handle-end down in a 5-gallon bucket to keep whatever oil is left in the tank from leaking out. Does anybody know of a way to adjust this saw? It's a good size saw with a 16 inch chain. Weight is about the same as my MS250, but there's no rope to pull.

I've had one for years and while it's pretty abundant with the oil I've never noticed it draining a great deal more than my gas saw. I looked at the owners manual and it's all safety warnings with the exception of 2 pages on maintenance.

That covers gas powered chainsaws..

You may find that oil will leak during storage. This is completely normal as the oil is dispensed by a gravity system. To prevent this the manufacturer suggests that the reservoir be emptied after use or the chainsaw be leaned on its side.

Thanks for the replies. It bothers me a little to store it in a bucket with the bar pointing up, but that's easier than emptying the tank after every use.
