Can someone tell me if the wrist pins from an Farmall H are the same as an M? How do you put 4" pistons in an H cheaply ?

do not think that 4" is possible in the H. I think 3 11/13" or something close to that is the max. Chad would be the guy to answer this question for sure.

I have seen a 4" H. It is possible but not easy, or cheap.

I figured I was going to bore the block should do it once. never had it done before don't know what to do . I only pull 4000&4500 in the local clubs here in southeast ohio. my block I want to work on is a newer replacement block. the engine I have now is the 1944 152 , have done all i can do to it so i got a block to work on.

You can get 40-45 horse or so by installing a 350 international kit in it. You need the right head and cam grind and some tuning but that would be my suggestion. Unless you are looking for "something wilder". In the realm of budget building, and reliability that would be the way I would go If I was you.

Sounds like the way to go , looking at all possibilities. has anybody decked the block to get rid of sleeve ring, do you have to use a sleeve? are there any advantages to no sleeves?

You are better off using sleeves. That way if something goes wrong, you can just put in new sleeves. What is your budget or expected HP? My email is [email protected]
