Before I remove the crankshaft sensor I need to have a plan to adjust the sensor proper distance between the Flywheel and the sensor without splitting the tractor.

Note the exact distance the original sensor was threaded and locked down. (maybe a touch of spray paint to assure the location. then match it on the new one. Jim

With the gas turbines I work on we take it down to contact them back off 3/4 of a turn.

IF the sensor screws in, the typical shop manual instructions have you CAREFULLY thread it in by hand 'til it gently touches the ring gear, then back it out a specified number of degrees or fraction of a turn, then lock it in position. Dunno if that applies hear, tho, without looking closely at a manual.

You just told everyone on YT you have no clue about the sensor on a Kubota.
It doesn't screw in. It is held in place with a set screw.
And if I recall the spacing between the sensor and the flywheel is about 2 thousands of an inch.
Unless Kubota has a special tool. the gap is measured from the back side of the flywheel.

Dial indicator on the outside end of the sensor. Loosen set screw and measure how far in it goes. Reverse the process to install the new one.
