Yanmar 1300D engine oil

I'm sure this is a dumb question. Just bought a Yanmar 1300D 2cyl diesel with at least 1000 hours on it (meter has rolled). I have owned power equip but never a diesel. What type of engine oil should I use? Not sure of last change and want to do it pretty soon. I will mostly be using it in hot weather to mow, but occasionally in cold weather to do odd jobs. Any other tips on how old Yanmars behave in hot weather would be welcome -- thanks.

No such thing as a dumb question <E>:D</E>

The oil types are all listed here--

Be sure that you are using NO MORE than a % 25% antifreeze mixture. These models use a very effective ThermoSiphon system and do not have a water pump. They use the natural tendency of hot water to rise to circulate the water. Too much antifreeze will not circulate correctly. It sounds funny but Please Believe Us.... We get dozens of these calls per day! Dilute your mixture to 25% or less if your tractor does not have a water pump.
