Yanmar 2000 transmission issues

What would cause my Yanmar 2000 to kick out of high while traveling? It does it on all 8 high gears. Once it kicks out, I am able to put it back in gear and continue on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks .

Worn gear, bent shift fork, broken spring, binding detent ball.

The 51 tooth and 28 tooth gears engagement pins and matching holes get worn also causing them to disengage. Here is a picture of the 28 tooth. <LINK_TEXT text="http://www.hoyetra...een=PROD&amp;Product_Code=TG-2585</LINK_TEXT>

In both of my two cases, it was a worn and bent fork in the drop box. No guarantee, but before I got to fixing mine, I held the shift control in place with a bungee.
