Yanmar was the first company to offer compact tractors in the Dallas area to the best of my knowledge. Probably 1980 time line I used to pass the dealership on the way to work. Currently Yanmar put engines in a lot of different colored tractors....some extremely popular. I have a Yanmar in my LS 25 hp I bought in 2021 and its bullet proof.
 
Yea I just wasn't aware the company had been around over 100 years until I saw that going through some of grandfather's war pictures
