I opened the site yesterday and couldn't respond to posted texts with the new software. In short, Chris has been busy today, NY day of all days to decide to work "for us", and he solved the problem. If any of you are logged in and getting the postings and can't interact because there aren't any interacting prompts pictured, go to your personal information page and insert your email. Mine was empty, Chris inserted it for me since I sent the site an email and he answered it, told me to log out and back in and things popped up for me to respond as usual. So, I'm back in action.

Nice to have support like we have here. Best I can tell the upgrade is very similar to other sites so I don't see it as a mind boggling experience to use it.

Another thumbs up for support here. Havnt t been able to log on for years. Needing to log on now messaged them and my jumble of emails and passwords was fixed with a couple email exchanges. Good to go now.
