Ym1300 2tr13 governor assembly

Does anyone know a link to where I can get a new governor assembly for my engine, it was broken when I got it. My manual is in Japanese but lost the part numbers as 124060-61500 and 124060-61610 part number 12 & 19. I tried posting a pic but says file too large and I’m on my phone can’t figure out how to make it smaller. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Have you contacted the parts department here? There are two manuals for the 1300, not sure wich applys to yours, maybe both as far a governor goes.
