YM1500 torque #'s

Putting my motor back together and just wondering if the 36lbs torque on the rod caps is sufficient. Seems low for something that moves that much. Just curious before I get it all together.The manual states those torque numbers and the ones for the main bearing housing and it just seems very low.

If it will help you rest easy the torque for the 220/226 rod bearing caps is 32.4 to 36 ft-lbs.

Probably a late reply but yes, 32 to 36 is correct for the 1500.
