YM226D Knuckle seals

Good morning all!
I'm in the process of 'inheriting' a new-to-me Yanmar 226D from my late father-in-law's estate. As I understand is common on these tractors when they've got loaders, the front knuckles are leaking oil so that's going to be first up on the agenda. I've never owned one of these tractors before but I've been wrenching for almost 30 years so I'm sure I'll be able to handle the swap. I took a quick look at it while we were at the house doing some cleanout this weekend and disassembly looks pretty straightforward. BUT- I don't want to go in blind, so my questions to those of you in the forum who've done this before are:

1) Is there anything else I should expect to replace while I'm in there? Bearings, snap rings, etc.
2) Any tips or tricks you can offer to make for a smoother swap?

Thanks in advance!
