Zenith carb # for 3000?

Anyone know the casting/id number for the Zenith / Holley replacement?

Found a NOS locally that I could afford -
Measures roughly 1.5 inch throat (2 inch outer diameter) and 2 11/16 inch center to center on bolt hole flange.

This look like the right one?

Thanks

from what I know, there aren't differences in the castings but there are differences - depending on year - for bellcranks & linkages. This is
because the 65-68 tractors used a different governor design than 68-75 (and that changeover was during the 68 year, not at beginning or end). A
very close reading of the CNH parts pages for governors might help you close in on an answer.

Figures the part I need to look at is on the back side of a loader equipped tractor.....

I'll look at the throttle linkage - the choke linkage looks like it'd work. My other concern is the jetting/adjustment - don't know what that should be for the 158 motor.

check your tractor serial # first to find build date. there are numerous posts here explaining where to look for the number & how to interpret
it.

I can't help you much.
I've bought 3 new Zeniths and they all
were pot metal/aluminum.
That one looks like it's cast iron.
I dont know if there was an older version.

According to the ps unit, I have the earlier model. I'll have to measure the flange and body of the Holley to see if it'll fit physically.

If the throat is the same, I'd think the jetting should be close....
