If you keep burning out that resistor, there is a short to ground somewhere, glow plugs are not wired in series properly. Many years ago on our B414D, I had a glow plug burn out and short to ground, normally
they just burn out and go open circuit. If you want more trouble shooting info on the Glow plug circuit post again.
If you are restoring this B275 for a usable tractor not a show tractor, I would convert those old glow plugs to the new fast heat ones, see links below.
