Hello Mickey, welcome to YT! Define no clutch? Does it just grind and not let you put it in gear? Did this service work involve pressure washing? If so very likely your clutch plate has rusted to the flywheel. I’ll wait to see if you agree this might be the problem before going through any methods to get it unstuck.
Don’t know that model very well but it is a possibility that the brakes need bled. Is the power steering and 3 point working, assuming it has either.

I have a JD 1010 that sat for many years. After I did an engine swap, I found the trans was locked up. Had to tear the trans apart and break apart (used a press) the gears.

The gears were rusted to the shaft. Not heavy with rust but, enough that they would not slide on the shaft. When I pull the cluster of gears I thought they were all connected together. After reinstalling and taking them out a couple of times with a lot of swear words I realized that they had to move on the shaft. This tractor sat for at least 15 years outside.

As Mnethercutt posted changing the transmission fluid should have nothing to do with the clutch or brakes (wheel tractor or crawler). I believe the brakes are dry disc on the wheel tractors and the steering clutches and brakes are dry on crawlers. Engine clutches are dry clutches on both.

Maybe the pump hasn't' primed? I think that happened on our 350 crawler once, the clutch was hydraulic on it.
I believe the 350 had either a dry clutch or a dry isolator on the flywheel. I believe there is a hydraulic valve in the reverser that works with the clutch pedal. Nothing like a 1010.

I worked in a JD shop for a winter, the 350 that I had apart had 2 clutches, one for forward and one for reverse, as I remember. I think our JD 2600 works the same way.

Yes, a hydraulic forward clutch pack and a hydraulic reverse clutch pack inside the reverser. The engine flywheel had a typical dry clutch if it had the gear transmission only or an isolator in place of the clutch, if the crawler had a hydraulic reverser. The clutch pedal operates a valve in the reverser to act as a clutch for shifting gears when the crawler has the isolator on the flywheel. Nothing like his 1010, which would have a typical clutch and gear transmission. The 2600 (4600?) transmissions are more advanced than the 350 reverser as well.
