1066 Filler Panel?

RedWhiteandBlueWoods

Unnecessary Modifier of Equipment
Anyone know the name of this filler panel on the 66 series? Our 1066 has huge gaps here between the hood and the cab and I'd like to get the gaps filled. The cab is rough anyways and needs a kit but these gaps I would filled because I'm going to have a nearly 30 mile round trip to the co-op hauling grain with it.

That would come from the cab manufacturer, not CNH. Your best bet would be an auto-body shop. They would have a shear and a brake.

Those are on all the 66 series tractors cab or no cab. They are called heat baffles, right and left sides. No longer available from CNH. Best bet to find them would be used tractor yards

Left panel part # 531501R3, Right panel part # 531502R3. Allstates AG lists them as part numbers 456373 and 456372. You must call a salvage yard to see availability. I believe the yards in Downing or Black Creek WI would be your closest yards.

Ya can get after market ones . if he is talking the metal pieces . If he is talking the rubber flap then ya DIY it out of the thinner round baler belting .

Yep the rubber piece is what im looking for. Our 1066 has the heat baffles. Good to know that I'll have to DIY the rubber piece, at least I'm not going on a wild goose chase. Poor girl needs a cab kit but the heater works and she cruises at 26 mph.
