    Unstyled B Rubber Fan Hub

OK it happened and the original rubber fan bushing gave up and the fan blade walked out and cut a nice circle in the new radiator core we put in when the tractor was restored about 20 years ago. I caught it quick enough and it only cut about 2 core tubes and then eat away at about 4 more places...

    John Deere 435 Diesel

Its pretty bad but tolerable for now especially since a refurbished assembly is $600. I ended up having to cut the shaft just behind the part that woodruff keys onto the front steering pedestal to remove it to access the valve cover. Even though it had a cotter key someone had welded the...

    John Deere M Series Tractor

Take your time. Lots of time the bolts are corroded due to battery acid etc, My may need some Kroil and need to work the bolts back and forth as they loosen. Just dont get in a hurry and twist off anything. A pair of good vice grips will be an asset if the bolt heads are too damaged to put a...

    435 parts needed

Anyone know of a good source for some 435 parts especially a grill. Got my little 435 running great after freeing a stuck injector but I need a good grill and new hoses from the air cleaner to the blower. I've tried New Paris and most of the big salvage yards on the net and of course JD Parts...

    John Deere 435 Diesel

Update. Thanks to everyone who responded. Turns out the advice was correct and we had a stuck injector that was the issue. I removed the valve cover and found the rack would not move and one injector stuck down. After a YouTube video on how to simply get a stuck Detroit injector free I was able...

    John Deere 435 Diesel

No I didn't get the email. Also I have not even looked into engine oils yet. I did read something that talked about special oil and it needed to be low ash. I would appreciate suggestions.

    John Deere 435 Diesel

Thank you so much for telling me that. This is a pretty decent little tractor and I'd hate to destroy it.

    John Deere 435 Diesel

I just watched a YouTube video of a 435 supposedly with a stuck injector and that tractor would not start and stay running and it smoked terribly while turning over. Again this tractor will start and does not smoke. 9036490026 is my number if anybody wants to call later today after 5 pm central...

    John Deere 435 Diesel

I am good with all the gasoline 2 cylinders but no clue on this tractor. Ok so my next question and keep in mind I do not know anything about 435' is a sticking injector an easy repair or a complicated and expensive one and can I do it? I looked in the IT manual and it calls for a lot of special...

    John Deere 435 Diesel

OK I have been trying to also do some research and look at this thing in the evening to figure it out and some of what I am reading says that if the rack under the valve cover is not moving it can cause the tractor to not respond to throttle changes. Anyone know anything about this and what they...

Do you have any idea where that cable connects? I have a parts manual but it doesn't show a connection very well.

    John Deere 435 Diesel

Hello, I just acquired a JD 435 with the detroit diesel 2-53. I have quite a few 2 cylinders but I dont know anything about these little diesels. The tractor starts and runs good no smoke but it is missing the kill cable and I have no throttle control. It runs fast but doesn't seem to be running...

    Allis B Engine Side Weights

This is a great help. By your advice I definitely have 2 for the steering side. By the way I saw your pages when I searched the net and got the drawing for the bushings there but the pictures on this page did not download or appear on the web page.
