    1370 problems

    A friend was running his 1370 and hit the clutch to stop it started making sound similar to grinding gears. This sound is only heard when clutch is pressed or when in reverse, otherwise the tractor sounds and acts normal during operation, everything works like it is supposed to. It still shifts...

    No till soys into heavy hard ground

    WE use a Great plains drill with a no till caddy with coulters and our beans will come up,WE tried a 750 JD drill and got tired of replanting to get a stand ,It did not stay around long.

    1370 powershift update

    got time to get the powershift apart and yes the bolts holding c2 and 3 did break. I think that I remember reading somewhere about an update that was needed? What all does this update involve. The tractor has never been split before to our knowledge. Thanks.

    1370 powershift

    Currently just have it rolled out from under the cab. From there i can't see nothing that is broke but this will be the first time splitting one of these. Hopefully will have the time to tear it apart farther tomorrow. Have a better service manual ordered but who knows when that will show up.

    1370 powershift

    Am currently working on a 78 1370 that suddenly lost all forward motion and hydraulics in second and third on the powershift. Drove it myself and found out that as it warms up it gets worse. Currently have the tractor split and while looking at the powershift can see nothing obviously wrong...

    Circulating block heater question

    wHEN WE HAD LIVESTOCK WE LEFT A TRACTOR PLUGGED IN ALL WINTER.now when we need one I plug it in about 4 hrs to warm up and use a timer.
