    Oliver 1755 Gas

I have an Oliver 1755 gas. The fuel delivery system has been cobbled up. It will run, but does not get enough fuel to do anything. The carb has been rebuilt. It has a fuel pump like the diesel on the right side. The metal gas line was unhooked and in it's place is a rubber line with a large...

    1850 - 1 way plow cylinder

I have an IH 720 plow that is equipped with a one way cylinder on the tailwheel. I noticed while having it hooked up to my 1850 that it will slowly begin to raise on its own. The levers are in neutral. The couplers on the tractor are worn and leak. To plow with it, I will have to keep pushing...

    1850 questions

I have an 1850 diesel. 1. What do you recommend doing to free up up the telescope steering wheel? Tilts fine. Loosen the center and it is froze. 2. I have no lights, or fuel gauge or heat gauge. Previous owner had everything wo9rking. I checked fuses - look ok.

    Combines

Around here in Illinois, soybeans were introduced as a hay crop. You cut them just like alfalfa in bloom. They have good protein. In the late 40's, they became more recognized for the bean rather than the stem. Today, it is rare to see them baled.

    Rewiring a 77

I have a 1950 77 gas. I purchased a new wiring harness from Korves Oliver. It has a black wire that I have no idea where it goes. The instructions call it a safety wire. The wires extends out the top end near the dash and also at the mid point near the fuse block. Your thoughts?

    Gear whine

That's what makes them special! My 88 is a loud whiner. My Super 77 is much more quiet. I run 85 W 140 in them. If the hydraulic oil is seeping into the rear end, it dilutes the oil and makes them louder. Don't worry about it and enjoy the ride!

    1755 gas - fuel tank

What is the best and most efficient way to clean out the tank? Recently purchased a 1755 gas and the tank is full of rust and crap. She runs fine until crud blocks the fuel. This thing needs some TLC, but overall she runs good and has a good over / under and tranny.
