Tractor pulling event liability and setup
The FFA at Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury,Ct. has done a garden tractor pull for the last 5 or 6 years. Stone boat pull - not transfer sled. Might want to contact them. I can get you in touch with the person in charge.- andyinct.

3400 gas motor
I have done motors on the hundred series and the sleeves were easy to remove and install. Are the sleeves different on these motors? This is my first 3 cylinder. Thanks -

3400 gas motor
I took the motor on my 3400 apart today - head gasket leak. Took oil pan off also to check on the lower end. Motor was rebuilt at some point. It has sleeves in it with the standard 4.2" bore. Were these motors sleeved from the factory or was this done at the rebuild? Did Ford offer sleeves or... -

3000 Remote Valve / Snow Plow questions
We had this problem on a Farmall Cub. Solved it by putting a short chain in the lift - it provides the "float" movement you need. Put the chain on the end of the lift cylinder and the other end on the plow. -

hydraulic pump coupler
I have a 3400 with a loader. The coupler on the front mounted pump - for the splined shaft and it has 4 bolts in it. The piece is worn. Are these available anywhere? Thanks -

Ford 3400 industrial questions
I have a few questions about a 3400 industrial gas model. Are engine parts fron a 3000 the same? I also need a front axle support pin and bushing. I found the pin but there are 3 bushings listed. Any way to determine which bushing I need. Or do I have to take it apart and measure? Thanks -

Has power steering - decent rubber - worst leak seems to be from under tranny - other than that for its age seems fairly straight. Thanks -

Looking at a Ford 2000 diesel - not sure of year. 8 and 2 transmission, loader on it.1600 hours on it. Hour meter may not be working. Not beat up, seems to run good. Anything to watch out for? Any common problems with these? -

640 rear axle seals
Anyone have NAPA part numbers for the rear axle seals? Is it a difficult job - looks a little involved according to the shop manual. Do I need special tools to romve the collar to replace the inner seal? Thanks
