    806 replaced mcv pump and lost brake pressure?

    Was the orifice where the brakeline feeds in from the mcv. Surprised how small the hole is, backed it out with a big screwdriver, cleaned it with a tip cleaner and reassembled. Five minute jobby and theBrakes are really strong again. Tractor is up and running. Thanks for the help

    I replaced the pump and the gasket on the plate between the pump and the body of the tractor plus the seals on the shaft of the pump and the O-ring that fits into the body of the tractor, but did not see other seals and not sure what the spools are.

    Another post explained how to pop round covers off under seat at back.. each valve has a flat head groove to adjust. Tried a turn in and out but it didn’t seem to be affecting it so I left it how I found it.. my guess is this controls flow but not for sure.

    Wish I could get video to upload. It’s not that. it is really stiff and snaps in and out only if you really push on it. About halfway into the full stroke up or down on one lever and only on the down side on the other. Does it if tractor is running or not.
