Electrical Problems
As we all know this old redbird came with a 6 volt system. Come cold weather or let it set for a while and it is difficult to start. Anyone with experience with the 8 volt battery being use in this tractor, and any difficulty with other electrical components with in the system when switching... -

Ford 641 Workmaster
As you know this tractor has a 6 volt system, however, most owners experience starting problems expecially during cold weather. Additionally it appears in my case the 6 volt battery has a short life. Any one had experience with changing to an 8 volt battery. Big question, how about problems... -

Generator has been tested working properly. Idiot light lights and regardless of RPMs it does not go off. Question: Is there a way or the best way to determine if the voltage regulator is functioning properly, and not depend of what the idiot light is telling me, ie that the battery is not...
