Square baler for low hp tractor

I have square baled with my Kubota L285 and a Massey ferguson #12. It is about all it wants. I feel every plunger stroke and when the baler starts it really bogs down the engine. You have to travel slowly but it does work if you're on a budget. I would try for a john deere 14t. Small capacity...

Ag Maxx Double Action Sickle Bar Mower

I believe it is at a small dealership but could be wrong. It is manual lift instead of hydraulic which could be a pain but I'm young so I won't complain... Much lol. I'll let everyone know how I come out. Thanks everyone for all the help and advice!

Ag Maxx Double Action Sickle Bar Mower

I don't know where it's made but it looks identical to an Enorossi mower so I may make a few calls to some dealers and see what they say about it. I've replaced all of the cutter bar components on the IH within the last 2 seasons I've had it. It's sharp and ready but will get plugged going into...

Ag Maxx Double Action Sickle Bar Mower

Someone has an Ag Maxx double action sickle bar mower for sale that is pretty close to where I'm at. I've done a bunch of research on this type of mower and for my current set up I think one would be a good fit. I currently run an IH 120 and really like it but I'm tired of the plugging in heavy...

    Replacing f-150 fuel pump

I don't know on a Ford. But My pump went out on my 99 Dodge 1500 this summer. Was not happy thinking about dropping the tank. YouTube'd it, and everyone said it was easier to remove the bed, so that's what I did. Was a TON easier. Had it replaced pretty darn quick too. Good luck![/u]

    Well it was fun

Just my 2 cents. Weld them. I was hesitant about it too. I broke both needles and asked about having them welded to a retired Deere welder who's a buddy of mine. He said get new. Problem was it was a massey #12 baler and finding used was next to impossible. Met an older gentleman that worked at...

    Kubota died

My L285 did something similar this winter while pushing snow. I thought the fuel had jelled. At the time I couldn't get a new fuel filter as the snow was bad enough you couldn't get anywhere to get one. I cleaned out the old one with diesel and anti jell deisel treatment. Still wouldn't fire...

    tire patching cleaner

Not to change the topic, but I find this subject to be very interesting after a he**ish week with tire patches. What is the best tire/ tube patch to use,?. I apologise if I need to start a new thread.

Thinking about getting a JD gator?

I don't own either brand but have had dealings with Kowasaki ( hope I spelled that correctly) and Kubota brands from a ranch I worked on. The Kubota was hard to start in the cold without hitting the glow plugs for 10-15 seconds, even in texas. Another Kubota had transmission issues and we're...

    Where to Find Large Tarps

Right now I've got it high centered ( slightly) that way it does like you were talking about. It runs off to either end. It has about 4 inches of sand on top Which dries faster than if it were dirt but the base is clay mix and where it would normally be hard as a brick after spring is over, this...
