    instead of gasket sealer, im going to get differant thickness of gasket mateirial to make one since it works when the caseings are gaped just a little like a thick puddy knife. thanks for the repliey.

    did a taredown end putting it back together. as soon as i tighten up hex screws, one on each side, i cant turn the pully shaft or brake shaft. did this 3 times already. thanks for help.

    I rebuilt my a and head gasket leaked on 3 gaskets till I found out that since mine has no waterpump, the coolant holes are bigger, thus not getting the seal on it.

    ok, finely got that worn out C back to its owner, running fine with a woods mower deck. thanks, all. now, getting my A and SC out of storage, i had dryer sheets to keep rodence out of wires. started the SC, and one was on the regulator and dont show a charge. what steps to find the problem...

    didnt have a problem haveing juice to all cyl,s on this C, until after new parts in govoner and a nother used distribeter, and maybe shortin it with the dist cap clip on the resister, wich i replaced to day.ordered a rebuilt dist, and shaft too. but did notice a lite smoke and smell when...

    i was checking spark in the points, and the dist. clip that holds the cap, and slid over to the batt side of the resistor. i mite still have a hard time getting juice to 4 and 2 cyl. on this C.il get another resistor to see first. thanks..
