    I often hear that the value is high and the market is hot for 1971/1972 John Deeres such as 4020,3020,4000. Just curious if there is more to the story except that they were the last of that series before the newer generation of tractors.

    Farmall H two leaks

    My son inherited an H and he said both the rear end gear lube and the belly pump oil leak out badly when he put oil in. Apparently, both were empty or near empty when he got it. So what do we start looking for and where to fix the leaks. Thank You !

    Late G Question

    My late G has 12 volt pos ground. The generator, regulator , coil and starter all have plates that say 12 volt or are stamped 12 volts. My uncle put in a 6 volt battery and ran it for a couple years but always started hard and didnt charge. I didnt discover the 6 volt battery until he passed away.

    So an M became an H after converting to a sheppard diesel. Was there any way to crank up the injector pump on those to make up the difference. How about a turbo?
