    JD 44H plow tire size

Re-restoring my 44H plow, I think it takes a 6.00x16 tire but the round spoke wheels measure 17" to the outside of the rim. Is this right?

    620 shift forks

could someone describe, or better yet post a picture of the position the shift forks need to be in to get the shifter and quadrant back onto a 620? replaced the shift ball and gasket and having a hard time getting things lined back up. thanks.

    620 stiff PTO clutch

restoring a 620, making some progress, next item is the PTO pedal is hard to operate, probably a common problem with these tractors, anything I should know before I tear into it? I have the service manual.

    Max width disk for 620

I am restoring a 10ft RW disc for my 620. Deere advertising at the time showed what looks like a 10ft RW behind a 620. just for entertainment I hooked a 6ft 3pt disc up and it pulled it in 6th gear, couldn't even tell it was back there.

    no 9 mower PTO shaft

the universal joint part number comes up as available but I can't find the yoke. the JD universal is half the price of Tractor Supply so I might not be saving any money not going to the dealer. this is what I was wondering, no conditioner drive, thanks. historically correct restoration...

    Stoneboro fair antique pull

I've attended the Mercer County Antique Power Assn pulls in past years and they've been dominated by red. nice to see an 820, R, 70, several As, and an unstyled G which pulled the sled right off the end of the track twice yesterday. I have never heard a G run in person and it was a real treat...

    B breather compatibility

I have a 1941 B long hood electric start with a cracked B1596R breather casting with the screw on cap. will a B2117R casting with the tall clamp on stack fit? does one have any advantage over the other?

    Re: John Deere sickle mower

is there any way to hook up a #9 mower to a 1942 B without adding a 3 point hitch? I picked one up cheap and put new sections on it.

    B oil line

got it all put back together, the OEM oil line lined up much better than the junk Sharps sent me. a bottle jack under the pump helps to line the coupler up if anyone is thinking of trying this.

    B axle seals

tried your suggestion and got them seated just past the bearing cup, about 1/4" between the washer and the seal, is this acceptable or do they have to be the whole way in the housing? using cherry wood and it keeps cracking before the seal moves, I'll try oak or walnut.
