    986 was sluggish so changed the fuel filters a couple of weeks ago. Ran for an hour or so. Today it acts like it isn't getting fuel Checked both filters and they are full of fuel. Started and immediately dies. Loosened the filter vent and pumped the plunger. Nothing comes out of the vent...

    IH - 1586 Electrical Problem?

    My 1586 just didn't seem to have enough battery to turn over so I replaced both of them. Now I basically have nothing - no lights, volt gauge reads nothing, etc. What did I do wrong?

    IH 1586

    My IH 1586 diesel will not start again if turned off after running. It all but turnover but just doesn"t get the job done. Let it sit awhile and there"s no problem. Any ideas.

    1975 Chevy C50 Grain Truck

    This truck has set in the shed for the last five years. It needed to be moved but it would not shift into gear. The clutch presses down and comes back with no problem but when attempting to put into gear it grinds terribly. Where would I check clutch fluid? Any other ideas welcome.
