The research I saw was that Woods makes the Frontier mowers for John Deere. I found a used Frontier 84" about 3 hours from my house.- cerickson1978

I'm located in SW Missouri, so that's the reason I chose those 2 brands. Not that I'm opposed to the others. I looked at King Cutters at local farm and home store. Not very impressed with them. Look cheaply made. Also have looked at Land Pride those looked rugged but dont know of anybody running...- cerickson1978

I am in the market for an 84" finish mower to use behind my International 584. I mow 5 acres and not sure what brand to get. I am liking both the Bush Hog and the Woods brands. 584 serial number identification
The gentleman I bought it from already had the tank removed, split and cleaned out before he sold it. Tractor also had clutch replaced 2 years ago then he parked it. Bought himself a cabbed tractor to feed with.- cerickson1978

I just got a new to me 584 International with 2900 hours on it. It came with a Westendorf loader on it. It is a one owner that has spent it days feeding cattle. Runs like a singer sewing machine so far. I am having issues decifering what year this tractor is. Here is the serial number...- cerickson1978
