    Glad to hear you may have your problem fixed. Mine has three controls and none of them will "lock" in any position. They all return to the center.

    I have a MF175 and it has the same hole. When it rains it seems to let the water out of the exhaust pipe. Very little exhaust pressure actually goes out of it.

    Thank You it was stuck but released easly. First time I have a MF and its hydraulics work so differtent. The 3pt lift will now work if both the draft and position controls are both fully up and then its controlled by the left external controll. Very different. At least I have some control now...

    Just tried that with no luck. The controls slip back to the neutral position when you release them. I held it back and tried to raise the the lift but no luck. Thanks

    I am replaceing the entire clutch assembly and i have forgot how the clutch plate that faces the flywheel was installed. The clutch plate has a flat side and the other side is extended out. Which direction does the extended side go? to the flywheel or the pressure plate? Thank You

    Yes it will do!!!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to rebuild the tractor which a neighbor had parked in the woods 7 years ago when the clutch went out. I now have the engine running but nothing hydraulic will work. Do you know if the clutch has to be working for the lift to work? Also the PTO selector...

    MF 175 missing wires

    I need to find the wireing diagram for a diesel MF 175 with Delco alternator and regulator. Some fool cut the wireing out of the tractor between the regulator and the alternator plus the light switch and ignition switch. Almost all of the wire are gone. Thanks

    Serial # for massey ferguson 175

    I rechecked the serial number and what i thought was a T is actually a I. The number is 9A I2I250. If the I is equal to a 1 then the number would be 9A 121250 which would then indicate it is a 1971 model. Thank you

    Serial # for massey ferguson 175

    I am trying to identify a serial number for MF 175. I found a number below the stearing wheel where it was supposed to be located. The number is 9A T2I250. This does not match anything I can find. I am pretty shure its between 1965 and 1967? Thanks for your support.
