    International A-162

Im looking at an International A-162. Im struggling to find much information on it, mainly the year. The serial number is SA41331. Ive looked at the Wisconsin Historical Society website, and didnt see where this number would fit in, not saying I didnt miss it. If anyone can point me in the right...

    68 Case 730 Diesel

Thank you! I've dealt with him before, and am planning to call him today for a couple other things. Great to deal with.

    68 Case 730 Diesel

I just bought a 1968 case 730 diesel. I have a 65 430 diesel, and absolutely love the tractor. I'm having a little confusion, possibly just from overthinking. On the 430, there's both gear oil, and hy/trans oil. It looks like on the 730, it's only hy/trans? Is that correct? Looking through the...

    Gravely L8

Interesting. Thanks for the information. I'll be sure to check out the manuals

    Gravely L8

How would I go about verifying that's what has happened? I assume just knowing the fact that it has the vertical plug, but an early serial number are enough, but is there something else I can look at to know for sure?

    Gravely L8

I have a gravely L8 that is supposedly a 1949 model, however it has a vertical spark plug and modern style canister oil filter, but also an oil bath air filter. From what I've come up with, it should be a 5hp engine, but that's supposed to be an angled spark plug. Is there any way to tell what I...

    hydraulic issue

Thank you all. I knew the main leak by points and had an understanding of the parts of the trans/pto/rear, was just lost as to how the fluid would get past the seals. Knowing that the fluid fills the hollow input shaft answers all my wonders about that. Thanks again!

    hydraulic issue

My problem is more of a confusion I suppose. I don't necessarily want to just throw parts at it that may or may not be the issue. Where the seal looks to be is between the transmission and rear, which are both connected. I do understand that the input shaft is hollow and the pto shaft goes into...

    hydraulic issue

Hi yall. 1965 430 diesel triple range, has FEL. My 430 has fairly recently developed a fluid transfer issue. Its pushing hy/trans into the rear. Ive done as much research as I can, and found as many threads as I can, but Im stumped. I have put my RM90 in the air on the 3pt, and it stayed up...

    430 alternator

I did end up getting it installed. I'll try to get some pictures for you. Ended up being able to use the bracket that was made for the alternator that was on it when I bought it. I did have to massage that side panel some, but it seems ok now, and doesn't look too terrible. The hardest thing...

    430 alternator

Have an alternator from Saeli with tach drive. The tractor had an alternator previously. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to mount this alternator. Was hoping it'd just fit in place of the one I took out, but the tach drive hits. Anyone have any pictures? I'm excited to get my tach...

    430 diesel tach

Is this pretty much the option, or is there something else. Certainly not opposed to this by any means, was just hoping to not have to drop that kind of money right yet

    430 diesel tach

Just bought a 65 430 diesel. My first tractor. Seems to run great. Doesn't smoke ever. Has a few minor issues, but nothing huge I don't think. The biggest on to me, is the tach. It isn't working, and the guy I bought it from said it hasn't been. He owned it for about 12 years, but really didn't...
