    Oliver OC3: Is ethanol free a must?

    I use 87 octane e10 without issues in all my tractors. I wouldn't worry about it.

    1950 JD MT

    You have to pull the valve body off to remove the levers, there's grove pins in there that can only be removed from the inside. Isn't that bad of a job, just tedious. A service book helps.

    Simpletires ??

    Is there no place local to buy from? I was needing some front tires a few weeks ago and looked all over online. Called my local tire shop, and got new tires and tunes, mounted for cheaper than anything online.

    Where at? I called welters today, they just said to clean. Up the mating surface.

    I put new seals in my water pump. Tractor was parked 10 years ago because of this. Now I've got a steady drip from the weep hole when the engine is running. Did I do something wrong? Does the graphite seal take time to seat? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    My UB has been sitting for a few years. I took the carb apart and soaked it in carb cleaner for a few days, the put it back together with a new gasket kit. I also Cleaned the fuel tank and lined it. Got it started today, but it runs super rich with both the idle and load screw all the way...

    I replaced the bottoms, the old ones where torn. Didn't change the top ones, guess I need to get them done too.

    MT Radiator Install Problems

    I got a new radiator for my MT. I put it in my tractor without issues until I go to put on the front grill. The radiator neck is about 1/2 below the top of the grill opening. Can't put on the radiator cap. What am I doing wrong?

    MT front end leaking oil

    The front pedestal on my MT is leaking, I see the seal is still available from Deere. How hard of a job is it to replace? I'm half tempted to just fill it with cornhead grease. I only run a 15-20 hours a year. What's everyone think? Thanks
