    NH 850 baler tailgate will not stay closed

    Rebuild the hydraulic cylinders. The packings inside are bad. Happened to me 2 weeks ago. I rebuilt mine in the field and went back to work in a just a little while. Costed $22 per side for parts at the new holland dealer.

    NH 846 chain baler bolts are nuts!

    I live in nashville tn and I went to our local bolt and screw place. Bought grade 5 bolts and lock nuts. Never had any trouble and I think the bolts and nuts were about $33

    O.k. I tried both suggestions. I put the fuel to the max position and also took a couple of rubber hoses and rigged up an electric fuel pump inline to the injector pump so that I knew without a doubt that I had plenty of fuel to the pump.
