    IH 454

Ended up not buying the 454. It had a few too many issues that I did not want to deal with.

    IH 454

I am looking at a 73 IH 454 diesel. From the pictures it looks good and has good tires. I'm going to use it to make a roughly 5 acres of hay. I have never been around these smaller IH tractors so I don't know much about them. What are the good, bad, and the ugly on these tractors? Thanks in advance

    case 530ck info

I should have mentioned that I took it to m local hydraulic shop and they said they needed the model number due to there being different options. That's why I came here because there is a wealth of knowledge and experience on this site.

    case 530ck info

I have a case 530ck with a 188 diesel and a model 32 backhoe. Not sure of what year it is. I need to reseal the tilt/dump cylinders on the front loader. I am having trouble trying to locate the correct seal kits. The tag with the loader model info is gone and there are no numbers stamped on the...

    Kubota update

Went to look at the little Kubota last night. Turns out it is a B6000. 2 cylinder diesel, 4x4 with loader. PTO does turn counter clockwise but I don't really care about that as much. I have a Ford 600 with a bush hog for mowing and other implements. Mainly want it for the 4x4 and loader so my...

    Kubota B200 series

I am going to look at a B200 series tractor tonight. It is 4x4 with loader. Owner says it is a first generation and the pto turns opposite of other tractors. It has a 4' bush hog and a woods finish mower. He says the mowers will work on it but you have to turn the blades over because of the...

    No Heat

Our primary heat is an OWB. We have a generator that will run the stove and the fan on the furnace if the power goes out. I have lived in this house for 13 years and thankfully we don't lose power too often.

    Extended holiday...

The schools are closed here. Students at our school have iPads so they use these days as ?elearning? days. That still have assignments to complete and turn in electronically. Teachers are available for questions through email at a certain time through the day.

    Louisville Show

Wife and I went last year. Lots of nice equipment and toys. The only complaint we had was how rude the people were. Which was really surprising to me. Most of the farm related folks I have been around are typically the nicest people you will ever meet. The tractor pull was fun to watch and a...
