    Fellow down the road has a Long 550 4wd tractor I replaced axle seal for him in rear and I believe it had the wrong oil in it. It had 85/140 in it but I believe it should have utf but can't a book and he don't know can someone tell me what should be in the trans and finel drives Thanks

    I sneak it out with 90 degree snap ring pliers and a magnet just in case you drop something. It is a little time consumeing but I don't pull the whole valve out.sorry late getting back to you don't have pc at home

    sounds like unloading valve orfice plugged not letting oil pass through it. Just fixed 504 and a 86 hydro with same problem.
