    JD 48 loader

Thanks, but I'm trying to find the exact year for my serial number. I know (guess) production was 1968-70ish.

    JD 48 loader

Does anyone have a serial number/production year listing for the JD 48 loader?

    How wide of field cultivator?

    In ND we pulled 30' with a 4430, 20' with a 4020.

    148 loader and 3020D

We just went through this with a 2510 and 48 loader. Supply in front of the brake and return to the filter as pictured. We bought a Brand Hydraulics joystick (10 gpm) and I gotta say it works great. Hopefully my pics uploaded.

    2510

Is there a way to identify by serial# or production date when, or if our tractor has the 8 cylinder hydraulic pump? Ours is mid-13's which should put toward the end of '67.

    2510 W/48 loader

Thanks for the pics. In the 2nd pic, is the rearmost fitting the hose that would return to the filter cover?

    2510 W/48 loader

Salesman wasn't sure if 3010 or 4010 but at least we're in the same series. Won't know which pump we have till I crawl underneath it Sunday.

    2510 W/48 loader

Thanks. Not sure what tractor it came off of but I will find out. Seems to me logically that this method would work fine. Is the filter cover return the restriction?

Short of replacing the pump, is there an alternative. I assume you mean slow operation?

    2510 W/48 loader

We have a 2510 and a 48 loader. The loader came with the independent Gresen valve and a hydraulic filter cover with coupler. The manuals seem to give conflicting info about set-up. We DO NOT want to hook up to the tractor remote. Would like to have instructions regarding the best way to plumb...
