    3200A skid loader

We just got in a 3200A IH skid loader with the VH4D Wisconsin engine. I haven't been able to locate a shop manual for it yet. I am wondering how to pull out the engine. It won't go out the back because of a cross member welded across the back. Does the engine come out the top? Out the side...

    IH M cylinder head identify

I have a head from a Farmall M tractor. Casting# 70009C1. I think I had one with this casting number on a 450 tractor once. Was this some kind of replacement head? Must not be original. Thanks!

    Ancient Schwartz wide front axle

Got this old Farmall M in here. This has a Schwartz wide front that must have been one of the first this company built. Every one I've ever seen has cast iron steering arms with a pinch bolt to hold onto the spindles. This one has steel arms with a set screw to hold it onto spindle. Also has...

One of a kind can you identify?

Found this bolted onto a tractor seat. It is a quick release holder for a trip rope on a trailer plow. I've been salvaging tractors for 50 years and I've never seen one like this. WAFCO rope release from Waterloo Foundry Co in Waterloo Iowa. Has anybody ever seen one of these or know about them?

    770 at auction

We have a 770 gas without a cab & love it. We mainly plant & cultivate with so we run it about 1/2 throttle. Runs smooth & uses very little gas at that speed. Plowing under full throttle might be different. Manifolds and heads are a little tough to find because they don"t fit anything else. Ours...

How old to be considered antique?

Depends who you ask. I'm 56 years old. My grandfather would say steam engines. I would say unstyled tractors of the late 30's. My 21 year old son would say 4020 JD & 806 IH.

    case/IH DX 55 tractor

There is a couple of parts books depending on serial number of your tractor, but it appears these are hydraulic operated ptos'. There is a clutch pack in transmission that is supposed to disengage. Possibly a leaking control valve or linkage adjustment is keeping pressure to the clutch pack...

Searching for Super Major Block or Parts Tractor

Ford made lots of changes on these blocks over the years. I have one from a 1963 model or so. Mine is cast# E1ADDN6015E. Do you have a cast# on yours? Give me a call or email me. Thanks, Dave Panning Bros Tractor Parts Gibbon, MN 800-635-0993

    Case 1450 crawler loader

For some reason some crankshafts seem to wear the "cheeks" of the rod journals & 504 Case seems to be one of them. We have had to have some of these 504 crankshaft welded up & reground to get back into specs. Yours doesn't seem too bad. I've seen worse. I'm not sure how much you could get by with?

    Wheeloader comparison

I would like to buy an articulated wheel loader in the 18000-20000# weight range. I want to find one with a quick coupler or put one on to switch from bucket to forks. I can't justify a real spendy one, but I want to stay away from something obsolete. Any advice on what brand & model is good &...
