    rebuilding and restoring a Zenith carburetor

    i have rebuilt and instaled a zenith on my 52 8n its a good carb, adjustments are. t screw 2 1/2 turns out, top screw 3/4 out let warm up. then 3/4 throttle turn t screw in till engine falters then out till smooth. in = lean out= rich set top screw for smooth low idle. hope this helps. tom n...

    caburetor

    just bought a m/s 241b,the zenith works good but i thought i would try the m/s style carb,its in good shape, its going to be 45 today so i need to get outside and do something, havent started the 8n for 3 weeks looking foward to it. thanks tom for all your help. david heath

    Best brand and weight of oil for crankcase?

    everyone, has there opinion on oil. but i donot agree that cheapist is ok (my opinion) i dont care what the bottle says on it(cheap oil) like dell use multi- viscoity oil, but i use castrol syn-tec 10w 40 in my 8n. oh dell i have 249,000 miles on my 97 chevy truck. castrol syn-tec,

    yea, i know about turkey parts, my proofmeter came from there, junk read backwards, sent it back got one from india works good even has light up on it. buddy bought new case tractor made in turkey he had it for 2 weeks then got rid of it.
