    So is the fuel leaking from the fuel tank through the injector pump? How is it getting into the oil? Through the injector? or will the pump leak directly into the engine block?

    Help! Diesel overflow!

    I have a IH 504 Diesel. It starts fine, but then pours what appears to be a diesel oil mix out the overflow tube. I pulled the dipstick out and it gushed out of there also. It sat for about 2 weeks since I last ran it and all appeared fine then. Any suggestions to whats wrong and how to fix! Thanks

    IH 504 rear weight

    I have a IH 504 Diesel with a 2000 front loader on it. The tires are loaded and I also have 3 sets of wheel weights on each rear wheel. I still seem to loose traction going uphill even with the loader empty! How much weight should I add in the rear without doing damage? Thanks again!

    IH 504 Loader ID

    I was wondering what model loader is on my IH 504 diesel. I cannot find any s/n or id plates on it. It has 2 hydraulic cylinders on the lift arms and 2 hydraulic cylinders on the bucket. Not much to go on but is there any link showing the various loader models and their lift capacity? Thanks
