    1950 8n hydraulic issue

    Where would one get such a pressure guage. I did the top end a year or so ago, and it was working better to where it wouldn’t leak off but the lift got slow and kinda jerky so I rebuilt the pump and now the arms won’t lift at all?????

    Ok I was thinking along the lines of the spline on the inside, if it was off set and maybe not catching the splines on the pto shaft. Just fishing as I just rebuilt the pump and sure did something wrong your exactly right thanks

    Ok with the help of mister grinder I got it to fit in there so I put it back together and filled it w/80/90 started it and pulled the control lever up and nothing. Any suggestions on diagnosing the problem

    Got the kit to rebuild hydraulic pump. The valve chamber is alot thicker than the original one and will not clear the opening when putting the pump back in the tractor. Does anyone know if i can use the springs and the valves from the kit in the old valve chambers????

    Replaced cylinder, piston and rings to stop it from leaking off but now it goes up very slow and jerky if it goes up at all. Suggestions?
