    AC 220

    Id be careful bout that one, the 220 is a great tractor, but alot of parts are no longer available , and AC DIDNT MAKE A WHOLE LOT of 210 + 220 models , so used parts are even hard to come by ; the transmission, rear end gears and parts are what I mean

    Eldon Mo tractor pull on Sat. Sept. 18

    Wondering what kinda turnout they had in Eldon Saturday ? Man at Booneville they had a bunch of pullers; 333 hooks i believe ; That seems like a good organization , just wish they had more turbo classes !!!!

    Was cutting hay today and the drive belt started slipping, and smoking , shut er down , checked it out and the gear box that drives the sickle has a hole in it , didnt check it out too deep but its got a hole ,something happened ; I checked all the gear boxes at the start, no leaks , but...

    Allis 180 deisel pullin

    Alot of trial and error, a 180 is good for the 6500, 7500, 8000, classes ; the best option for power is to take a turbo off a 200 and put it on there ; that will get 100 easy ; about 160 with the pump turned up ; then you get in the open classes and give her hell ; taking the fluid out helps but...

    allis 7045 questions

    I would stay away from it, if its a powershift the seals and etc are dried up and it wont be long it,ll be out ; Ive done that already , if you can rebuild it yourself its not too bad but if a shop does it ; WOW $$$$$$$$

    NH 850 chain baler bars

    I never weighed one fellas but an 850 puts ALOT of hay in a bale ; theyre heavy !!! Id say 1500- 2000 lbs !!!

    I,ve usually seen them for around $500 ; all the hardware included, Ive never see a reproduction yet , but there maybe some around , if you have an owners manuel it explains how they mount and has pics of everything

    Theres supposed to be a gear in the PD that you need to check to make sure no teeth are broke off on; a fella named Mack whos a longtime AC mechanic posted this one time ; and Im sure he knows his stuff, he said that the plates will break if this gear is chipped ; or I have ran across the plate...

    Hay Tarps

    Who makes a good decent tarp to cover round bales thats worth the money ?? The neighbor used a thick black plastic cover but its already got holes and tearing , seems the suns very hard on it ;Any recomendations ?? Thanks

    Update; 560 gas wont run under a load

    He put new gas in ,better stuff and still no change... but he did notice the carb frosts up and gets cold and condensation starts to run off it ; also is there a heat exchanger or something like that above the carb that could be a part of this trouble ??

    Farmall 560 gas - wont run under load

    When the motor is stalling he pulled the choke out and it smokes black and sputters more; and the motor really starts to heat up when this is all happening ; Thanks for all replys!!
