I use my uncles Allis 180 deisel non-turbo. what can i di to gane HP but still use it for tractor pullin. i already have the pump turned up to 27 nochice. me and my dad took the fluid out of the rear tires. before i weighed 7700 at tractor pulls. someone sed that a gallon of fluid weighed about 10lb.is that true. and since i dropped the fluid would that help me pull.

Alot of trial and error, a 180 is good for the 6500, 7500, 8000, classes ; the best option for power is to take a turbo off a 200 and put it on there ; that will get 100 easy ; about 160 with the pump turned up ; then you get in the open classes and give her hell ; taking the fluid out helps but you got to find the balance of the tractor , hitch lengths, hitch heights etc;34 inch rear tires help ALOT TOO ; keep pulling you,ll get it

are there any other ways to add power with out puttin on a turbo. cause id like to stay in the stock classes. we already shortened the hitch we took the clip out and pin in the front of the hitch. to a hole that would shorten the hitch about 6-8in. i heard that i could put a Allis 415 pump on it or put a penny in a spring inside the pump.
