    Guess I will just order one. Mine is the lever type and I don't see how it comes apart. I pulled the sheet metal and tank suppose I will do some painting while I'm waiting for parts. Thanks Doug

    Where do I find the model number on a Marvel- Schebler carburetor. I ordered an MS101 economy gasket kit from YT and the bowl gasket is to small. Thanks Doug

    I have a 4 cylinder gas Ford 4000. I keep getting leaks on the 1/4 lines either the fittings on the column or cracks in the lines. I. Have replaced the lines with brake line material. Was that the wrong thing to do?

    Would a Ford 723 backhoe attachment with mounting brackets off a 74 Ford 4000 industrial fit on my Ford 4000 SOS 4 cylinder gas tractor? If so what powers the hydraulics. My tractor has a bucket on it now powered by a pump on the front of the tractor.

    Pie Weights

    The pie weights I have weigh 40lbs on my bathroom scale. I guess that would make them the heavy ones. 22 are W4 and 2 are W4 A with the round cut out. Are these the heavy or did they make a third size?

    I think one of the previous owners did a little customization. The pipe exiting the exhaust is 1.5" OD and it is in good shape down till the underbelly of the tractor. I will most likely slide a piece of 1.5" ID pipe over it and bend it to line up with the pipe under the tractor. My tractor fund...

    4cyl.4000 exhaust sizing

    I'm replacing the exhaust pipe on my tractor and I have a bunch of pipe. The pipe I took off goes from 1.5" after the muffler to 2.25" under the tractor. Is there a reason for this or could I run. The 1.5" the whole way? I have both size pipes on hand.

    Dang pesky critters

    I have heard mothballs will keep mice away. Darn mice tried to steal my mower a few years ago. I wasn't home but my mower started turning over in the garage one night. My wife and kids watched it until the battery died.
