    Stabilizer Bar Problem

    Hey just reading through here and thought I might offer up something. Try putting the adjustable side (angle side) on the tractor not the hog. If you have already tried this then nevermind. just another option.

    52 8N Front End movement?

    Actually I pulled it apart and the barrings look great. I repacked them and tightened everything up and its good as new but it now looks like the Spindle Bushing 3109 has worn out and that is where the movement is coming from. So I will be getting one of those in and fixing that problem soon...

    Dell thats what I was thinking I didnt know if the hub wore out very easly though. Thanks once again. Been working 35+ acres for a few weeks now. The OL 8N just keeps going with whatever I throw at her.

    Hey I have alot of movement in my left side front end mainly in the hub area and was wondering before I tear into everything if the hubs commonly wear out or should it just need new barrings and seals to be good as new? What is everyones expirence with this? Thanks

    Ok well I went ahead and replaced the point and condencer and still runs only with the choke full out. I will start on the carburator next week, I guess

    Ok update on things it runs for about 15 seconds, and then will need to run with the choke all the way out and then will run for quite some time. It will then pretty much fire right back up after it dies
