    I'm on my second JNC660 **NO COMPLAINTS ** at all. I bought my second one in 2018, it came with a card, saying anytime if fails or is damaged,send it and for $85 they would refurbish or replace it. I misplaced the card on the first one before it stopped taking a charge. I'll put it like this...
