    Starting problem Ford 8n Tractor

    I just bought a Ford 8n Tractor. It did not run. I replaced the Battery, Plugs, Wires, Points, Condenser, rotor, cap, and Coil. It acts like it wants to start. It turns over enough to kick off the starter then dies. Carb is getting gas. plugs are wired correctly. Point gap is .025. any help...

    trouble

    I have a 1943 FBH. It starts right up and runs about a minute and then shuts off. Then it will not start again for a few days. Then it does the same thing again. Plugs are dry so not flooded. Is there a way to bleed the gas line? Does it sound like a fuel pump? When it runs, it sounds great.
