    I'm buying a 53 Jubilee. When increasing throttle it seems like there is a spring that is moving the throttle back to slow speed. I cannot move the throttle handle to fast speed as it just moves back. It will stay at slow speed and runs perfect. Is that normal operation? Thanks

    i'm looking at a 51 8N. decent machine but it smokes a little. not a lot, just a little. the tractor has been gone thru. new tires / rims. 12V, recently tuned up. runs great. is a little smoke a problem with these machines?

    I have a leak in the line that goes to my oil pressure guage. no time to get the parts and need to run the tractor this weekend. does anyone know if i can just find a plug at the block and what size it would be so i can remove the line... thanks

    hmm. i did just today put on a new battery box. might have pinched the oil pressure line. seems to be the area it's leaking from. squirting up...

    Ran for about 30 minutes and noticed oil spilling out of the sheet metal near the top of the steering column. dripping a lot down onto the transmission cover. hard to tell where it was coming from but looking up into the steering column it was dripping from above. did not lose oil pressure...
