    John, thanks for the very helpful information. Also thanks for the information on the proper oils to use!! One further queestion? Why is it so important to use non/low dertergent oils. Especialy if the existing trans sludge has been cleaned out?

    On the 35 i just looked at there was a spring holding the governer arm back(not a factory piece).     I did some loooking around on the FENA website and if you go to the link that you posted and click on the "TO-35 Model Compairsion" according to the SN I think that it does have the dual clutch. If You get a chance look and see if you agree with me. thanks

    I recently looked at a TO-35 that someone had partialy restored. The serial# reads "TO-35 141405" I was unable to detrmine if it has the dual clutch.     Thanks, John After reading some of your past posts I think that my safety (pressure relife valve) might be leaking by. Mine is a 1960 model I assume it should be 2500psi? I don't want to change it just verify.
